Typical application cases

Customer Requirement: Project Background /50KW 100KWH

Battery capacity : 100kWh usable capacity
1. Battery max power output : 50kW
2. Max connected load to the system : 30kW
3. Hybrid Invert-er max power :50kW (30kW for the load, 20kW to charge the battery)
4. System output voltage : preferred 415V 3-Phase. (If not we need to install a transformer)
5. Battery C rate :Charging 0.33 C and discharging 0.5C
6. Battery chemistry : LFP with a life of min 4000 cycles and corresponding warranty

The Hybrid inverter will be connected to a solar PV system of 52 kWp DC
capacity. BESS should be capable of doing the functions:
-The Hybrid inverter will supply the power to load from solar during daytime.
If solar is not sufficient it will draw power from grid up to 30kW. The excess
generation from solar will be utilized to charge the batteries up to 20kW.
-During peak hours of grid tariff (in evening after sunset) the hybrid inverter
will draw power from the BESS and support the connected load up to 30kW
-The complete data of solar generation, BESS charging and discharging etc will
be sent by the data logger to the data monitoring computer at the site.
– when black time, the system can be on/off grid switching over to make sure
continuous power supply
